I don't think calling this merely a "UAV" does justice to its significance for the PLAAF. This might become the first platform within the PLAAF to allow it to have intercontinental reach.

Does anyone have information regarding the cruise missile model mounted on the Wing Loong II displayed at the Victory Parade? It appears to have a stealth design; is it compatible with the internal weapons bays of the J-20 and J-35?

It's just a generic small form cruise missiles form factor payload.

We know that some sort of internal carriage signature reduced cruise missile has been developed for J-20/35 families, but we have yet to see it.

There is no reason to believe the weapon developed for J-20/35 is related to that seen on GJ-2 at the parade. After all we've seen small cruise missile form factor weapons at Zhuhai over the years as well.

Why is that important?

We know that a ALCM exists, designed for J-20/35's internal weapons bay.
