AGI is a myth. LLMS can never be AGI because they are constrained by a small context window and lack of memory. They also lack fundamental reasoning capabilities. AGI will never happen until there is a complete paradigm shift in AI research.

I've said this many time but Chinese tech leaders tend to give many overly humble comments and underplay progress. Remember that back in 2024, people in China convinced Eric Schmidt that China was 2 to 3 years behind. He had to update his assessment after DeepSeek R1 came up. So, there are a lot of reasons for Justin to make his comments but making sure that Chinese gov't grants permission for H200 is certainly a logical reason here.
