Great, one step closer to real unrests that will occur very soon, which will make the fights over a popeye's sandwich seem like a pleasant memory. If the USA fails to address the food crisis right now, well no matter how good the media in the USA is, anyone that has there fried chicken and such deprived for long enough, heads will roll and I doubt that Biden's trillion dollar bill will mean much if the stock of chicken supplies are no longer around due to Biden failing to comprehend that trillions of dollars doesn't translate to instantly generated food like in a video game

sometimes I get lazy and do the doordash, grubhub thing... after service fee, tips, tax etc a burgerking or wendys meal costs menu price $9 ends up almost 3x as much at $30

Food delivery makes more sense for larger orders but still...

$30 mcD meals but their worker still minimum wage they would have to work half a day just to be able to afford a meal... Now what did Henry Ford say about paying his workers enough to buy his companies products?

Good luck to US decoupling ... America is looking at a permanent underclass of untouchables

It's infuriating to see people spend so much of their income on ones and zeros while others like myself are putting all of our spare income in to staying above water.

I agree.

And I think the biggest cause is the low minimum wage in the USA.
In Western Europe, the minimum wage is twice that of the US.
