Actual revision is down by 911k, almost 100k worse than even the massive predicted 818k. I really don't know how the initial estimates are made. In the US everyone knows the job market sucks and has been for a while now, yet time and again we get these blow out initial jobs reports. It's like the "vibe-session" days when everyone knows inflation was massive but the numbers keep getting better.
