I dont know where to post this, I think here should be ok.

Boston Dynamics is crazy. Look at them robots, very humanlike mobility. They are at the top right now. Would be interesting to see what other capabilities they have, and how they "know" how to move (machine learning I assume)
The wonders of deep machine learning....

but notice this was still in 'ideal' environment, perfect lighting conditions, no wind/platform movement, etc etc everything was perfectly flat surface... lets see they do this on all terrain surfaces, or sandy beach with rocks and stuff.... yes sure it can do a backflip, but so could a cheap 30 dollar drone from 10 years ago... this is still a far cry from real world test and not a substitute for general purpose human/soldier at this point...

Lieutenant General
The statement that US industrial output is not growing is simply a false statement and even then, your second statement is similarly false, the US isn't dependent on CN growth. US exports to China have flatlined
The fact US industrial output will never be the same as before or even catch up to China today and tomorrow. You're delusional if you think the US rich people doesn't depend on China for their wealth. So YES the US does depend on China for growth.

August jobs report big letdown, only 235k, 720k was expected.

in the meantime, GDPNow forecast for Q3 drops to 3.7%, the scandalous White House economic office forecasts the US economy will grow 7.2% for the year, which implies the economy will grow more than 8% for the second half.

Does this mean the Fed tapering won't be happening? QE infinity for everyone?
