Stop with your herecy!

Didn't you listen to the almighty FED's Powell who said that the coming inflation is temporary and it will stop in some months?

Obviously this company didn't get this clear message. But dont worry citizen, this will not happen again. I can 100% guarantee you that prices wont be raised in other goods *

The ancient history, the Great Depression was a debt deflation type of incident.

Only demand from WW2 recused the American economy.

It all started with a financial crash then President Trump like trade policies of tariffs did the rest to ensure the economies of the western world were dead in the water.

Just my 2 cheap cents, but this time is different.

This time, they are inflating with Jerome at the printing press, and the debt deflation is present in the economy. Both are happening at once.

Stagflation could be a result, but one side can become dominant and win too.

Since I am an evil person, muh mind thinks that debt deflation will prevail because the 1% always wins.

Black Lives Matters!

The revival of US manufacturing continues :D TBH this shouldn't be too much of a shock. FoxConn has a long history of big fanfare then abandoning projects (in US/Indian/etc).

"It was supposed to build cutting-edge flat-panel display screens for TVs and other devices and instantly establish Wisconsin as a destination for tech firms.

But industry executives, including some at Foxconn, were highly skeptical of the plan from the start, pointing out that none of the crucial suppliers needed for flat-panel display production were located anywhere near Wisconsin."

The supply chain is the central pillar of manufacturing and one that China holds all the card. For US to shift manufacturing back home, it has to recreate a competitive supply chain. The complexity and investment needed is immense, and $2T won't even come close.

US Megadrought coming.

Taiwan got hit by drought. No water to cool the fabs, so no water, no chips. Suddenly there is now a connection between your ability to produce modern electronics with climate change. If sections of the US are facing drought, like Arizona and Texas, you can face problems with the fabs.

The other vector how climate change can screw up your fabs is the power grid. The recent Texas story can serve as an example.

Not very bright these people are both Taiwan assume that war is the only way out against China only to realise that starvation is another thing that they never considered until a real problem hits. What is the point of fabs and super conductors if the supply chains are cut off and there is not enough water and food for an extended time. If this happens, well given that China was working in this particular issue could simply outlast them if the USA doesn’t stop and try to address the fact that there food supply chains are in deep shit. And they still haven’t fixed the situation in Texas. Oh well decoupling isn’t going to work very well for these people since burning bridges while the house is falling down is too stupid for worlds.

But the US is forcing China to buy more agricultural products, while sanctioning Chinese hitech companies from buying chips. How do they produce enough agricultural products for sale to China?

They can’t hence China when the time comes should simply decouple from the USA when they can produce there own chips and then cease all trade with the USA at a time when the USA is short on everything so that the USA is reminded that trade is a two way street. If the USA cannot produce what China wants then why bother trading with a nation that actively wants to kill the buyer
