Does that look like production batch 02?
Ran across this on a CJDBY thread. How accurate are these numbers?
They're as good quess as anyone's I guess...
Personally I have some reservations.
Number of J-10S seems awfully high, though, averaging something like 7 J10S per each J10 unit. While we know almost all units have 4 two seaters per unit. The number of singleseaters would correspond to 70-ish airframes. Is there somewhere a conversion J10 unit comprised solely of twin seaters, numbering 40+ such planes though?
270+ J11B also seems too high. Last good count was 220 or so, with some rumors that another unit received new ones, so perhaps 245...
J-16 might very well be around 100 by now, hard to track its production. But it may also be overstated a bit. As far as I know, some units have received J-16 not as replacements but as augumentation, meaning there may be just a dozen J-16 serving in some units.

Yeah, that's would be a quite ok estimate. Even a bit conservative, as you say.
The big problem with tracking the current regiments is not only the fact we're not getting good info on newly made planes (factory serial numbers/batch numbers) so we're forced to rely just on hearsay when someone claims to have seen a new type at a new base; but also the fact we don't know what happens to old planes previously serving with a base that got the new planes.
For all we know, perhaps its not just J16 and J11B being mixed in some brigades. Perhaps even J10C and older J10A are serving side by side in some brigades?
And how to track those J10A and J11B (and even older types) that have been displaced by new ones? How to track the old J7/J8 being completely retired?
I will repeat my question from the post above, though. Is there a specialized training/conversion J10 unit that has only/mostly J10S twin seaters?
Similar question can be applied to flankers as well, though. Is there an unit with J11BS, for conversion only?

The title was "空6旅的旅徽" which at least included something like the 6th Brigade and an image of a Naval Aviation J-11B/BS was added.
