Comparing the wheelbase of the chassis, this Navy vehicle is even larger than these laser weapons with an output power of up to 50-60 kw. Its power output is probably reaching 100 kW.
So, it is that laser on the 071? Even with the cover in place, their outlines reveal a striking similarity.
It is not surprising that it is properly mounted on a chassis rather than just putted on a truck. The Navy has been using the maneuver laser vehicle for training and testing.

According to 万年炎帝 the laser used on 071 is the most powerful fiber laser currently developed.
The last image is not a laser but infrared tracker for missile testing.
They are likely used for intercepting anti-ship cruise missiles which is why they are more powerful than their land counterparts
