Maybe putting it in the HKSAR garrison would improve Hong Kong Civic unity then?

or North African. There do seem to be a lack of seems in the armor it might indicate they ditched the bricks in favor of composite armor with the Idea that they could add ERA later if the buyer wants to pay for it.

I think it still uses ERA bricks. The bricks are obvious on the glacis. On the turret, there is an angular shroud made of thin sheet metal, beneath that are standard sized ERA bricks mounted on wedge shaped frame.
