It's neither, to my knowledge that antenna is for linking with drones. A similar system was shown off at Zhuhai airshow some years ago.

I think drone ops evaluation is by far the most probable explanation. Especially also considering the new glut of naval drone designs as shown at parades etc.

Possible 5th unit of the 075 LHD under construction at the smaller drydock at Hudong-Zhonghua's Changxin site, satellite photo taken just yesterday (28 June). Posted by @type36512 on Twitter.

In addition, he/she also mentioned that the 10th 071 LPD has been laid down in the larger drydock at the same shipyard site after the 054B FFG of the new batch was launched earlier.
