That's probably the most helicopters I've seen on a 075's deck. Usually, it's not that many. The most I've seen is usually just helicopters occupying the seven landing spots, with maybe 1-2 parked on the deck.

The 4th 075 LHD is in the process of handing over to the navy, and is currently moored with the #31 Hainan. It won't be long before she gets her pennant number and commissioned into the PLAN as part of the South Sea Fleet.
