Yes, if anyone has trouble reading the site just use a Google translator. Translation from French to English is a lot easier than reading a Chinese to English translation. That's a whole other language on its own. Doing it from a Chrome browser is better.
Ofc Ideograms problem and very few OCR software worck with Asian language but i have one free and in French

Thanks for pointing this out, and I apologise for the false information. Usually I forward information if the consensus seems positive enough, and in this case the image was clearly false.
no worries, it is how we all become knowing from unknowing.:)

HD picture of the landing exercise. The video is already out waiting for HK to upload it on youtube

Oh, the Liberation Military English version released a high resolution image of the landing exercise

The existence of the project has been known for at least four years, and most of the rumors have been false about it in recent years, but it is now almost certain that China recently launched the construction of its first Class of helicopter carriers, Type 075 ....

...To be continued.

If this is the representing model for the finalised design under constrcution now, seems they go with just one big elevator at the aft.

Two things:

1: it probably isn't a model for the final design. I don't think we have any model of the final design yet (which is very normal)

2: even if it was a representative model of something, I think it would be safe to consider that having only one aft elevator is a result of poor/inaccurate model making rather than being accurate to whatever design it is meant to be. Having only one elevator on an LHD would be very much a strange thing.

A 36,000 LHD with 28 helicopters is plenty for a PLANMC battalion (the Wasp class is only larger because it needs room and facilities for 6 VTOL fighters, which China doesn't have). A 48,000 ton LHD with 38 helicopters is probably too much for a battalion, and frankly, it's better to have 3-5 LHDs as opposed to 2-3 LHDs.

Hopefully this is not the final design. The placement of the CIWS and HHQ-10 launchers represent poor choices IMO. Though interestingly enough I do spy what appears to be two VLS modules on the port side, with maybe only one possible candidate for a fire control radar. I think the four-corner emplacements for HHQ-10 and CIWS of the earlier "export" LHD is superior to the current model in terms of coverage. The only downside to that arrangement is the bow HHQ-10 and CIWS would routinely get hammered by high waves in rough seas, especially the EO sensor on the CIWS.

I predicted before that a PLAN ARG will consist of 1 075 and 2 071s. If they build 3 075s, that will make for 3 ARGs, possibly one ARG per fleet.

Just for the record, that model isn't exactly new, it's been around for about two years.

I don't think that model was seriously associated with the real design of 075 at the time. I wouldn't consider that model to be of too much consequence.

If by "that model" you mean the "export" model from CSIC, I have not made any statements to the effect that that model has any kind of association with the "real" 075, only that I think its 4-corner sponson arrangement is superior for firing arc coverage compared to the latest mockup.
