with some pretty detailed narration about 056's evolution so far. It's a very old Taiwanese military enthusiast website, so it's not really mobile-friendly and it's in traditional mandarin, but the overall content seems to be of high quality. Google Translate result is very readable and I think it's a great read. Recommended to check it out.

Indeed. You can't get sharper pictures of the VDS than these.

The metal mesh is cool to know. This is definitely a member of the last batch: Enlarged SATCOM port side, flat panel SATCOM over the bridge, and the enhanced Type 726-5 ESM.
