That 055 looks like she's getting ready for trials. Modules perpendicular to that 055 has been deliberately blurred out. Hmm. Could be more destroyers?

No more destroyers here. Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Company built new facility in Dayang shipyard. Destroyer building will move to there.

There is only one drydock however, unless they plan on using the space beside it.

That dock is the place where the Dalian destroyers get their sonars fitted, and that might be the case of the first picture.

But the second picture? That seems like an unpainted ship, and a 055 at that? Is that a new build 055?

There is one giant dry dock at the bottom

Wait, where is this shipyard? A new one???

Across the bay if you look at Google Earth or Maps. Its actually an old shipyard, I still remember seeing Han class submarines being repaired and refitted on that same drydock long long time ago via Google Earth.

And there is coastal defense missile base (or SAM) directly south of the shipyard.
