This is at HP, via horobeyo on twitter, who speculates this might be their first 054B as the geometry of the superstructure and overall appearance doesn't look consistent with 054A or previous cutters seen before.

This is what 054A looks like in the past in the same site; the geometry/size of the suspected 054B does seem a bit larger, wider

I'm not 100% convinced, but I think there's a possibility it is 054B and the timing works out.
I also suspect 054Bs launched at HP will be launched either without their mast (installed later due to roof height), or have their hulls partially protrude out the bow first to install the mast on the outside prior to launch.

If I understand this correct, a spinning radar provides you with 360 degree coverage while only using two panels which makes it a cost effective solution. The downside is that since the radar is spinning, it is technically doesn't provide the same tracking capability/capacity as having four panels for "true" 360 degree coverage?
