Very nice video. It is tracks the period of time this year of the ship's activities on its way to rimpac, at rimpac, and after rimpac.

From 55:52 is probably the best part of the video, it shows the ship's CIC during an exercise, and while we don't see too much of it, the CIC is dark and we get to hear the commands and actions by the various crew manning the consoles.

I really enjoy watching the video. I don't remember I had ever watched a video like this that follows a PLAN ship on such a long journey with such close views of the crew's daily and even personal lives. The fact that this is about the participation in the RIMPAC exercises makes it even more interesting. Navy is usually the most international branch of the military. It's great to see Chinese navy doing exercise and hanging up with navies from other countries.
