Thank you so much Bro. Jeff, and all who have prayed for LD. He's a great Husband, Dad, Grandpa, just a nice guy.

Hi Brat. Not a regular visitor to this thread and so missed your worrying news.
Needless to say, you have my best wishes and hope for the best possible outcome.
I hope he is doing well and keeping spirits up.

Thanks Sampan, it means a lot to have the best wishes of my brothers here on the Sino Defense team, he's hanging in there, but he isn't really able to use his left arm at all? The hope that he could re-hab and go back home is fading rapidly, but he makes the best of it, and all the Dr.s and nurses, as well as his CNAs love him, pray for Donna as she tries to hang it all together as well as their finances, her brother has "farmed" the family ground and put them in quite a spot. At one time they were well to do, and my Father in Law was a very productive and frugal husbandman, my BIL, not so much????

With the likely hood that my Father in Law will have to enter a "nursing home" program, and my Mother in Law may not be far behind, it is sad to see them separated, they were always close, but having to help one another the last few years has made them very close?

Thanks for the kind words brother, and thanks to everyone for your best wishes and prayers, you gentlemen have no idea what you really mean to me, but I pray that God will pour out His richest blessings on each of you! This is truly a gathering of "extra-ordinary Gentlemen!

Congrats dude, just in time for your first Presidential voting next year too!:)

I can't begin to express my admiration and appreciation for you Siege, it is a thrill to welcome such a fine and bright young man into the land of the free, and home of the brave. Welcome aboard young man, and if you can find your way to Central Illinois, I will have my little brother take you for a nice long airplane ride, and get you some "stick time". I am hoping to get an LSA check-out very soon and possibly be able to rent an older aircoupe for a little low level flying!

I do wish I could be there Siege to Shake your hand brother!

Mom (our daughter Rachel) and baby are doing GREAT! All healthy. Dad (our son-in-law, Chad) is doing fine too. He was a real champ.

A beautiful Gift from God, it amazes me that when I see or hold somebody's precious baby, the love that flows from those sweet precious little people is just such a Divine Blessing, and they give me such hope for the future. That's why the Air Force Brat fights for Freedom and Peace, they deserve our very best as a legacy!

It doesn't matter what flavor they are, or where they are from, I love them all!

On the way through Colorado today, as we passed the US Air Force academy north of Colorado Springs, we were treated to a beautiful moon rise.

Then, after sunset, at Pueblo, CO, where we are staying the night, we were treated to the full lunar eclipse tonight, which I pictured with my Canon (old and not too expensive, but it has served me well over the last 15 years):
