Here are the stills from the video showing wide range of weapons being used against the police in the event leading upto the shooting!

And the stupid fool who got himself shot!

Having seen this and the video I posted earlier, I think the Hong Kong police have shown upmost restraint and conducted themselves professionally! FB_IMG_1570003522439.jpg FB_IMG_1570003547754.jpg FB_IMG_1570003585101.jpg FB_IMG_1570003622846.jpg FB_IMG_1569997336290.jpg

Notice how some of the rioters metamorphosized from being violent and invincible into whimpering kids in a flash.

The second rioter who came over and got tackled down by the policeman ran like he is somewhat retarded?

Sadly, the future of these kids is going down the drain if all they get is politics indoctrination instead of education.

Yes, and if you look at the video I just posted, it showed one of the rioters showed complete lack of concern for his comrade in arms. Instead of attending to him. He simply wanted to pick up the weapon dropped by his comrade!

Loot!

The cops should be double tapping all of those rioters.

Once the no mask law is passed, anyone wearing black with a mask should get a bullet in the head, no trial required.

When is the penny going to drop?
These thugs going around the university setting off alarms, disreputing classes, forcing other students (who going about their own studies) to join in with their "strike", all in the name of FREEDOM!

Yet, all the while, other students have their freedom taken away in the name of ........ FREEDOM!?

The irony is too much!

Hope this legislation is pushed through, it is what many of us in this forum has been advocating. Let’s see how brave some these young punks are without a mask on when they suddenly realise they are expose for the whole world to see and their future is in the shits. Of course the MSM has negative comments, one of which by the Australian Broadcast Corporations Beijing correspondent that goes “ there are hundreds of thousands of protesters with only a handful of policemen” well Mr.MSM, ever heard of the Chinese saying “ the journey of a thousand Li starts with the first step”. Start the arrest now, throw them in jail, heard the former refugees camp is being clean up, possibly for this reason and encourage those released by these wayward judges, to skip bail and abscond to Taiwan.

Hong Kong is a lost cause sorry to say. The police seem overwhelmed. Beijing moving in PAP will not help if it cares about China's image to the world because media is lying about what's happening in Hong Kong. The only way to stop these thugs is for the people of Hong Kong who are not on the protestor's side to counter with their own violence because the violent protestors aren't letting up. The Hong Kong authorities think having their town halls will help. The ultimate goal of these protestors is independence. Everything else is an excuse to further independence. So don't kid yourself into thinking anything less is going to soothe the savage beast.

This is the problem where Beijing does care about its image to the enemy. That's how the enemy takes advantage. If Beijing wants to be respected by the West... then surrender... unconditionally. That's the only way to get their respect. If Beijing is not going sign its soul away to the Devil, then don't give a damn about how China looks to the enemy. Because Beijing seeks the "world's" respect, that's why they control the narrative and can lie over Hong Kong. If Beijing didn't care about China's image, the enemy would be powerless. Their only option would be war and they're afraid of that despite the fake bravado or they wouldn't be trying to get everyone else to their dirty work.

It's true that Beijing does care about its image, but it has nothing to do with "respect"; it's something far more pragmatic: money. Hong Kong is still a useful conduit, I'm sorry to say, and if Beijing goes in guns blazing then there will be Western backlash. Even if European elites want to keep doing business with China, their own populations of howling baboons will force their hand to cut ties and impose sanctions. More importantly, 1C2S gives Beijing an excellent firewall from events happening in Hong Kong (which is why President Xi reaffirmed it in his National Day address) and the perfect excuse to dump the problem in the SAR government's lap. The costs of direct intervention exceed the benefits at the present time, it's as simple as that. Unless something drastically changes, that's the way the situation will evolve.

Emotionally, nothing would make me happier than to see their corpses stacked higher than the Himalayas, but this isn't about feeling good. It's a nasty problem and Beijing is managing it with an ugly kluge, but sometimes there are just no better options. Long term, China will re-route the financial piping around Hong Kong which would naturally strangle the city.
