Mainly all data i have collected either from official figures by developer of helicopter/engine manufactorer and files and data that was declassified and some was used as advertizement to show and advertize capabilities. To make it pretty clear, the **** dots indicate charts/helicopters that have to be verified, like you can see which helicopters are not verified. The data that lacks or the data that is either to unbelieveable or not reflecting declassified data and specifications from US and Soviet/russian files. Others are prototypes like Z-10, T-129 or canceled projects like RAH-66 where actual information is yet limited or still classified for similiar or future projects.

The concerns that the engine is to weak, is true, but to field a mast mounted radar it still has enough power. The figures for the Z-10 are still not declassified, the empty weight is one of the factors that are highly secret despite often figures are shown or advertized as, the conerns for empty weight is that weapons and fuel tanks, ammunition and electornic/avionic parts can be acquired and by that the actual empty weight and combat relevant weights can be then estimated very close to the original, that is a concern for the tactical mobility of helicopters and in the big picture of entire fleets and logistics aswell. Tactical and Strategic mobility is one of the highest priorities for secrecy.

However those figures are either close or at least modest figures of the average. You won't get closer numbers without taking into consideration all the files, research papers aswell tests on test grounds.

Anyways, the figures are not complete, still many empty slots aswell hard to come by to credible sources, since most of the credible sources are direct sources from operators and they obviously do not hand them out like candy. Some are either calculations based on slight uprades like AH-64E upgrade of 2000shp to ~2100shp while british AH-1 (AH-64D) already have since quite some time rolls royce 2100shp engines, so some figures are close to what they are on the british machines, others are just simulations which might not be true at all, like the overload weight of AH-64E 11t (2.1m/s climb ratio) but should be not very high due to overload and downwash factor of the extra surface and higher fuel consumption.

Everyone is free to research for themselfs, i use exclusivley sources that are credible, mainly from manuals, research papers, data files and test trails.

I think this is for the handover of the two evaluation units that took place last year.

I think there was a state media report about the project, so it was taken as rather legitimate but obviously we can't take anything as gospel.

I personally think such a project is within the industry's capabilities, but whether the project would be funded and adopted by the military from preliminary stages is another matter.
