I have a small question: Everybody knows that pistols have great muzzle jump. To solve this problem, assault rifles usually add a muzzle break. I wonder if muzzle break can be adopted into pistols?

There are indeed pistols with muzzle breaks. It's just not as obvious as the fixtures on some rifels. There may be just holes drilled into the top at of the barrel. Gas exits upwards through these holes and pushes the front end of the barrel down, observing Newtons third law.
If you look up the english wiki artikle Muzzle_brake you'll also find a few pics.

I do have a quick question. China right now still have an arms embargo on them. Does this mean all arms including SMG, Rifles and Pistols?

when countries speak of banned/prohibited items, anything considered under the category do not escape from the law unless otherwise stated, so since light arms are weapons of war, i don't see how they are exempted

Depending on what was being patented, it is really not easy to charge or sue a company having products that lookalike. If the are enough differences in the design, you cannot sue that company even if they build a product that look and function very much like the original one.
