Shanghai flyover... There's one 055 in the dry dock in the first photo. The carrier construction area is too grainy to make out much detail.

I expected an 055 to go into exactly that dock in exactly that position because it was modified with sonar pits in the same way the one in Northern China was prior to the just launched 055 from Dalian entering it - I mentioned it in another thread. There is clearly part of the 055 fitting out process that requires the vessel to be dry-docked after launch. I would guess that the 055 in that dock is 101 in which case it is probably not propulsion related - I suspect its sonar installation.

You can also see the dredger at work outside the new fitting out basin and I notice an interesting new concrete or earth right angle at the very end (nearest the river) of the new fitting out quay.

Finally, under the environmental shelters on the opposite side of the destroyer basin from the 055 assembly line, is what might be three submarine hull sections.

Thanks for posting those, note that the modification and extension of the dry dock holding the 055 is now complete and in particular note the following:

1) Even with the 055 in the dock there is sufficient space in it where the civilian ships are being built, at least in terms of length and width, to hold a Ford class carrier
2) The appearance of new environmental shelters covering assembly area behind the dry dock, these are similar to those installed in the new area of the yard where the carrier modules are purportedly being assembled

Both of these things point to this being the dock where the new carrier will be built.
