Liaoning and her BG are returning to North and East Sea bases, with Liaoning herself to her northern home base, where she will be scheduled for another set of exercises in the Bohai Sea soon. These exercises or more like certification tests, are for a new batch of pilots, and quite possibly for testing a new batch of planes. I suspect the new batch is really for the new carrier.
