I'm not the Mig Fan I was, for the reason Wolfie suggested, I like the engines separate from the fuselage, and the Flanker is more to my liking, but I would confess to a love affair with the Mig-29 until I saw the Flanker. Now if you look at the lower picture, the PAK-FA has a beautiful wing/fuse planform, it has a mid-mounted delta, the only place it suffers is the Flanker has a voluptuous forward fuselage kinda like the F-14.

PAKFA is not ugly but i prefer the older MiG-29 or the Su-35

I like it from behind (I am off-course referring the afterburner shots of the T-50 :p:D;))

How reliable is this picture? It does not show the supposed weapon bay at the wing root. Since this picture is an illustration of capability, it should not have omitted these two bays if they are there.

Not sure if this guess has been proposed, but if I am going to put two bays there, I would use a push-out solution instead of a rolling-out solution. A push out solution will utilize the space inside the thick fuselage box, two or three bars going through the frames. The outside covers will be attached at the lower side of the inner covers which are fixed to the fuselage by hinges. The outside covers/hinges will be connected to the push bars, they will rotate when the bars extend outwards.

you have to be more specific what do you mean, ...

no no my comment was general: I've noticed Russians take the time to follow Western articles about their weaponry and kinda like them LOL

I used to buy a Czech military journal and there're contributions by Russians (probably defectors :) which were eye-opening for me, just one example (sorry for going off-topic):
Russian infantry fighting vehicles are criticized in the West for "poor ergonomics of the interior" so in the article describing them the Russian author has said something like: while the ride is less comfortable than in an IVECO, it's not the point, as the soldiers are driven to the fight, where it's likely much worse things await them than bumping off the wall inside because of a missing handle!

The longstanding demand of Indian Air Force to allow its Test pilots to flight-test one of Russia’s 5th generation T-50 fighter jet will be met soon after a formal Joint development agreement for the development of FGFA based on T-50/PAk-Fa is signed between India and Russia said UAC President Yuri Slyusar.

Earlier this year India and Russia have agreed to reduce the cost of joint Sukhoi/HAL Fifth-Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA) project by 40 percent and Both have since reached consensus on cutting the project costs to $8 billion, to be invested by India and Russia over the next seven years.

Slyusar confirmed that Two Limited series production (LSP) PAK-Fa fighters would be delivered to Russian Air force in 2017 and has also urged Indian officials to expedite formal commitment on the detailed design phase of the Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA) programme.

Slyusar while responding to reports that Indian air force officials are not convinced on the technical aspect of the fighter jet, said that ” There are no stumbling blocks that cannot be resolved “.

Slyusar also hopes to usher in an era of increased industrial collaboration under PM Modi’s ” Make In India ” initiatives and also welcomed increasing participation of Private sector in Indian defence manufacturing and R&D and said that ” Now Angle of view is wider and there are more opportunities now “.
