NK have a military budget of about 5 milliards dollars
Myanmar have much less and have buy Mig-29, JF-17...
Ofc NK can't buy 100 fighters ! the problem is not there for buy saying a Rgt about 20 + can paid over 5 years they have yet buy 30 years ago Mig-29, Su-25 surely provided to cheap price by USSR but proof it is possible for money.
