Love 2001, in fact if Shenyang doesn't deliver the first proto-type of J-31, I'll gladly accept 2001 for our classic jet series,,, it is a classic isn't it, and notable.. which makes it all the more odd to see it back at Chengdu???

So what do we have now, 13 flyable aircraft, 14? I've been expecting to see the latest batch since April, at least the first one or two??

Which brings us back to just how difficult, expensive, and time consuming 5th gen aircraft production really is. So I'm very glad to see our little sweetheart back, and I'm just wondering if maybe they are flying this girl with the idea of performing a similar introduction of a STOBAR Naval version??

That would make sense, assuming you are of the mind that the J-20 is adaptable to carrier, which may actually not be as far fetched as I initially presumed??

Aaahh? so don't we have 12 to 14 flying that we know of?? and you also are expecting the next batch shortly?? yes???

It is a very pretty airplane, and that is a beautiful view of this very unique and in many ways "avante guard" aircraft....

I have been wondering the same thing. How many J-20's can we actually confirm to be flying with the PLAAF (not including the prototypes)?
