Nah, this is a relatively old model, has been in service since 2014 if the rumor is true which I tend to believe so, and technically it’s more like a storm shadow than LRASM, not even close when it comes to stealthiness.
There are things like JASSM under development that’s for sure.

IIR would be a terminal seeker though, and this bump is located on the cruise stage that is jettisoned before the final approach to the target.

That’s what I thought at first as well. But looking more closely, that bump seems like an organic extension of the cruise stage, and doesn’t have any seams or joints you would associate with a sensor.

That makes me think the bump is shaped that way to make the necessary clearance to allow for a similar sized protrusion underneath, attached to the final stage warhead. So it could actually be the top cover for the IIR secondary seeker.
