The Chinese don't do cartoons like that. We would never see the end of it, if the Chinese did that.

I'm serious, there are less racist elements in Chinese humor. Compared with showing their racial superiority and political correctness by laughing at developing countries, most Chinese prefer to be a bystander and see how their opponents hurt themselves due to uncontrollable stupidity, or prefer to expose their opponents double standards of arrogance and hypocrisy.
Depends on what kind of "American citizen", doesn't it?
