Don’t get mad, get Glad. Glad kitchen and outdoor bags. Perfect place to put your boomer politicians.
A good theory on why things are so crap in the West right now despite clear solutions being apparent to all of us ie tax the wealthy, fund social services,

The boomer gerontocracy are simply refusing to vacate positions of power and wealth and are simply....waiting for retirement.

All of a sudden all of the rhetoric on Chinese spy balloons and TikTok using wifi to spy on people is simply a replay of 1950s nostalgic red scare propaganda.

Higher education is first and foremost a business, and a very expensive business.

It is no secret that those Chinese students coming to Canada, more or less buying their degree. If the parents got the money, and if they could not get into a Chinese university, no problem, they accept money for a degree in America and Canada.

One other thing about the Anglo countries, it is perceived they are less racist than some other European countries. That is why Chinese like coming to Canada.

This is unsustainable in the long term as the reputation of these "institutions" will eventually diminish especially when such graduates display mediocre results.

So... how much has the US helped to cover the cost of global warming so far?

Maybe ask Kerry to cover the cost of "that" war he fought in. AFAIK, there are people still suffering from the effects of Agent Orange and hidden land mines.

How much would this civil conflict affect the stability and security of Sudan and the region? Any risk of the conflict spilling across the border into neighbouring countries?

Would China's BRI investments in the region be seriously impacted by the civil conflict?

If the map is anywhere close to this then i wouldn’t give too much of a chance for any quick settlement.

Rebels seem to be concentrated more in the south, close to the border wi5 South Sudan and presumably the Christian militias there who owe their nationhood to the Anglo Americans.

anglo black legend propaganda against china has as much to do with domestic control than it does about influencing foreign nations and government.

Wonder how the USG is gonna handle it, having to greet a sanctioned Chinese General on US soil and serve him and his staff hospitality...but then i remember Anchorage, the Anglos under Blinken were so petty that they hadn't even prepared a spread or snacks for the meeting. Pathetic.
