A prototype tropical combat uniform in urban camouflage pattern. Its lower sleeves can be removed by zipper (4th image), and there are breathable meshes in armpit areas (last image).

Is there any video or details about the one-eyed NVG shown in the 2019 parade? Is it part of standard service equipment for all soldiers now? What kind of capabilities does it provide?

Hella nice equipment. Looking forward to this becoming the standard across PLA special forces too and eventually into regular army units

That's PAP, they always have better infantry equipment than PLA equivalents.

Very unlikely that PLA equipment will get all that proliferated widely. At most some special forces might start to get some, but infantry stuff isn't the PLA's focus and in the scope of things high end infantry fitout has diminishing returns for the kinds of conventional war the PLA aim to fight.

Promoting suffering like how a recruit’s toe nails are falling off due to rigorous training is outdated and lame. Same thing with a lot of promotions for state owned firms. Stuff like how designer on J-20S had to rush to work at 2:00 in the morning while pregnant is a major turn off for young people.

OT: I wonder if PAP would take the lead in MOUT ahead of PLAGF in a war, if PAP have better equipped light infantry and seem to practice more for MOUT?

There is no need. PLAGF infantry are already practicing MOUT, and room clearing will do more harm than good in urban warfare. Also, as we have seen in Ukraine, sending paramilitary forces to partake in direct combat roles doesn't make anything better. Also it does is lead to a more fierce but slow slugfest. Coordination between the various arms is what makes urban operations successful since urban combat operations present a variety of diverse issues that can slow down the tempo. The PAP certainly isn't practicing that. I'd imagine that they would instead serve as rear echelon troops that would occupy any controlled territory, prevent enemy SOF or partisans from disrupting any military operations, and maintain law and order.
