emmm, I don't think suixi is going to be used for strike missions near Taiwan or Philipine, PLAAF is trying to learn from USAF since the reformning in this manner, that the airbase is only the home of a brigade during none operational time, airbase are expected to host and support any random brigade under operation requirement. This required much stronger logistics to each airbase, that's become one of the major reason more the airbase upgrade in the recent years, for example the 9th brigade moved to Quzhou for several months during to Wuhu airport upgrade.
That said, if an operation towards Taiwan or Phiplipine is commissioned, the 6th brigade is expected to move forward to other airbases close by, like in Fujian or East side of Guangdong
At the beginning of any campaign, I doubt the Suixi aircraft will be relocated.
If you concentrate too many aircraft at an airbase close to Taiwan, it becomes a much more tempting target.
And China can already launch over 600 air sorties per day to Taiwan, which should be more than enough.
So at the beginning, I expect the Suixi aircraft to contribute 1 airstrike per day, and the Su-35/Su-30/J-16 do have the range to do this.
But after 1 week, it may make sense to relocate from Suixi to the East because:
1. Taiwan's air defence will have been degraded enough, so that additional strike aircraft can operate over Taiwan
or
2. The Suixi aircraft may be needed to replace aircraft at bases which have been attacked by the US
