During AR I have zero doubt India will try to hit China....
FYI, this dude is the one who created the "Chinese debt trap diplomacy" narrative. He's one of the extreme Jai Hind clown crowd who needs to get a reality check where India is a shithole with like 70-80% of people living in abject poverty and zero strong domestic industries - pharma depends on China, IT on being an outsource center to the West (know a single world-famous INDIAN IT company?), military tech on Russia, etc. China kept a 10%+ growth rate when it had a similar level of development to India, while India is slowing down fast and will only recover from the 2020 slump this year (in 2021, its' nominal GDP was still lower than in 2019).

Highly unlikely that Dugin himself was the target because it was her car that was targeted (not Dugin's, assuming he has one) so this was most likely an act of revenge probably from Ukrainians (whether they received help from the CIA is another issue) done to discourage Dugin by killing people close to him instead of killing Dugin himself.
Looks like a textbook CIA hit. Maybe they were hoping to kill Dugin himself? Either way, assassinating a 30 year old civilian is an act of terrorism.
I wonder what Russia's response to this is going to be.
