I don't see how the Old Hag can do that while flying an official US government VIP airplane into Taiwan with other Congressional members in tow.

Yeah, even they don't say it official but what different when old hag still get head of state level welcome ceremony, street full of Taiwan and US flag, all activities is broadcast in dozen television channel. Who can stop them do all that when old hag step in wan wan land? Or old hag will get Solemani treatment which is to much to ask? Then you see how good is just chase her away or shoot her down.

Now that I think back, wasn't the red line technically breached back when a US military cargo plane landed with a bipartisan group of senators delivering a batch of COVID vaccine and taking a photo op on the tarmac?

It was a cargo plane and the only non passenger cargo was something like a “Taiwan USA vaccine partnership” banner, Senator Duckworth’s wheelchair, and no vaccines.

I think Global Times published something like “Empty US military cargo plane with government officials shows folly of Tsai government” or something like that because they were not willing to buy BioNTech from Fosun.

I read somewhere that the US will escalate to using nuclear weapons on military targets should it lose conventionally. Does anyone have a good idea of what kind of delivery platforms will be used for those warheads, and what kind of targets can be expected to be hit?

Doubt it will be that easy, US are too stubborn to back down.

Dem are facing economic issues, their plan for regime changed in Russia is going nowhere, Ukraine keep draining their weapons & ammunation but still show no sign of investment return.

To back down from provoking China is basically handed Mid-term to GOP. Right now, I feel like PLA should be in caution until Pelosi back in US.
