Yes. It can either be an AESA or a PESA with a single solid state transmitter. Likely the former.

If you are overseas Chinese there's a 99% chance your home province is Fujian or Guangdong. Today I am Fujianese.

Naming 003 as Fujian has some significance if you really want to push it: it's the closest province and across the Strait to Taiwan.

No it's pretty obvious the Fujian naming has something to do with Taiwan.
It's only obscure for foreigners, so much so Globaltimes had to explicitly point it out.

Fujian is also the name of the eastern coastal province facing the island of Taiwan.
