HAHA... no. You need to stop watching this stuff. It's bad for your brains and eyes.
I mean, I try to follow one of Sun Tzu’s maxims which is know yourself, know your enemy.... So I try to listen, read, watch Indian perspectives about China and anything that pertains to their point of views on their Dragon neighbor. And it's not a stretch to overstate this fact that I have thus far only managed to found 2 Indian fellows that are objective with regard to China. The first one is a Singaporean of Indian descent, Professor Kishore Mahbubani, the 2nd one is Capt. Pravin Sawheny (ret.) of India.

One would think that India would and should try to analyze it's supposed regional rival in an objective manner in order for her to come up with a strategy that's not only coherent but also one that fully appreciate her rivals true capabilities. Instead, a lot of these so-called "strategists" are seeing China as a caricature, either an overestimation of China's strategic intent or a deliberate attempt to dismiss China's achievements by minimizing the accomplishments and exaggerating her flaws. Which is why India can never hope to beat China in any meaningful sense. Denial of reality isn't a strategy. Accepting your opponents current strength isn't a defeatist attitude but rather a pragmatic way of looking at the situation to come up with the right strategic approach in order to create the right battle space that's advantagous for India.

You are absolutely right!!! Know yourself and know your enemy -> “100 fights, 100 win”.

I would class Kishore Mahbubani as Singaporean who happens to be of Indian descent.
In general, Singaporeans do understand China better than others

Does anyone here have any clues as to what the Indian-Chinese strategist is talking about on this video? First of all, does any of his opinions lend any ounce of credibility with respect to him saying that retired Chinese officers or soldiers aren't respected in China, can't get a job or have a difficult track of getting one, no retirement plan/package and most curious of all the expert talks about a supposed video leak talking about some troops mobilization in Guangdong headed by the provincial secretary of that province.

FWIK, there are specific departments in different level of Chinese governments to assist veterans to find jobs and solve their concerns, and I remember PLA also guarantees to find a first job for these retired veterans.

To be honest, I don't see why it should be treated that way. Someone is selling DTC-10 steel cores on 闲鱼(A second-hand trading platform) for about 2000 RMB a piece. The manual is to prove that what he is selling is genuine.
I really don’t get why people take it this way, for me ,680MM/0 is a known fact as it was published in CCTV about 2yrs ago and since then all kinds of proofs like images and actual penetrators on E-commerce platforms, 125-III is an old product and 125L48 didn’t get any new APFSDS rounds since then, 99B is ditched and 96B isn’t in service,VT-4A/B is a foreign markets only and as I stated over and over, PLA , at least for now, doesn’t like MBTs, Type-15 and 8*8s are replacing the hole created by retiring older tanks like 59/88A.
The size of the turret ring is what restraints the length of the penetrator and maybe we would see it being changed on VT-4B , even so 99A/96A wouldn’t be able to fire the new round.
I personally don’t expect anything new from Chinese tank industry, maybe new subsystems ,but 99A is going to be around for a really long time, and it won’t get any major upgrades.
