Changchun is correct, 长春 literally means "ever spring". Kunming is called "Spring City" because of its climate, but not as accurately as Changchun.
One more point, there is no Airbase in Kunming.
One question, I thought the J-11BGH was equipped with an AESA radar, why does this one have a pitot tube on top of the radome?
Good question, however from what we know, a pitot is not necessarily a reason against an AESA.
But we know that both J-16 and J-10 B/C moved the airspeed tube to other locations, so shifting the tube shouldn't be a big hassle, so why did J-11BGH not use J-16's very mature solution and instead go through the trouble of modifying the radar design?
Isn't J-11BGH a modernization of J-11BH? In that case the pitot tube is already in the aircraft structure, and redesigning it might be more of a hassle than programming the AESA radar.
This is simply a Naval J-11BH with low visibility paint, not the so-called J-11BGH.
