There are 22+1 provinces in China, but there's just no way China going to have that many CV/CVN, so Guangxi won't be "lonely" in this regard.
22+1?

I think the correct number of Chinese provinces would be 31+1.

Speaking of which, the PLAN names their CV/CVN and LHD/LHA after Chinese provinces.

Would China name any one of them as "Taiwan"?

IMO, this would strengthen China's justification even further that Taiwan is a rebel breakaway province of China, and must be reunified in order to preserve and uphold the integrity and sovereignty of the Chinese nation as a whole. This is similar to how South Korea named their first LHD as "Dokdo" with regards to the disputed Dokdo (South Korean)/Takeshima (Japanese) Islands.

However, different from the Dokdo/Takeshima Islands dispute between South Korea and Japan, China has no dispute with any other sovereign country in the world over Taiwan. No other country claim Taiwan as their inseparatable territory but China and China only.

What do you guys think?

Nah, usually the ship's namesake city/province government have some connection to the ship administratively, you see them send the crew their local delicacies and gifts. Naming a ship Taiwan before reunification would break that pattern. Guangxi's signature food is 螺蛳粉 so people have been saying on man, that's going to be a biological hazard onboard.

In PLAN regulation cruisers or bigger surface combatants also get province names. So in the future if that "all-energy-warship" concept does get implemented it will get a province name too. Unfortunately for such a ship Shandong is already taken so we can't do that joke:

In japanese:
山=yama
东=tou

More pristine screen captures in high-resolution. The last two images show the anti-frogmen rocket launchers.

A great photo plenty of Z18 and Type 726 in action

Air wing + Sea LCAC approach to amphibious invasion and we have seen videos of loaded Type 726 LCAC which means they have solved the thrust issues

if China wants to use amphibious invasion they will have to come from the land, sea and air

this LHD will be instrumental in any such invasion

Each Chinese fleet SSF, ESF and NSF should get a Amphibious Ready Group each made of 1 x Type 075 LHD/A + 1 x Type 076 LHA/D + 3 x Type 071 LPD

Total 6 x ARG and ability to deploy 3 at any time

they will also need over 200 naval helicopters for such a force dozens of LCAC
