This is interesting, officially only mentioned as a J-10A "... assigned to an aviation brigade under the PLA Central Theater Command" its construction number reveals this as the very first serial J-10 with the cn. 0101!

And a J-10A brigade within the CTC can be the 43rd Air Brigade at Datong-Huairen, the 70th Air Brigade at Zunhua or the 2nd Training Brigade at Yongji under the Shijiazhuang Flight Academy.

The F16 fighters that Pakistan have are not state of the art by any standards whereas the J10C is late model Chinese tech. I wonder just what degree of downgrade the Pakistan Air-force J10C received, if any?
Current government in Pakistan is very well known as pro-china (more than previous one). Don't worry.... and avoid to spread disinformation.

J-10C pilot/Golden Helmet winner Gao Benchao claims that he used a new feature on J-10C’s AESA radar to achieve victory against J-16. His wingman was “shot down” and he himself was down to two missiles towards the end of the engagement but made good use of them, downing both enemy aircraft.

Could he be referring to Jamming (through the use of the AESA radar as the transmitter)? Sometimes the true meaning is lost in translation so if a native speaker can clarify this i would be grateful
