PLA adopted HJ-11 without actually purchasing them , instead , the HJ-12 we’ve seen a while, integrated thermal/skylight capability so HJ-11 is now no longer needed.
Future ATGMs for ground force would be HJ-10/12/16
These images of HJ-11, was all released in one time and we haven’t seen them ever since
Hj11 is super rare. Not much literature on them exists. Was it supposed to replace hj8?

It was, but you didn’t seem any vehicles carrying them, right? It’s ditched, like project-99B or type- 95-2 ,could be zhangmsfield, he really doesn’t like them

99b could be likely inspired by Ukraine Russia war. However PLA does have hj10 and hj12 in its inventory they should know how to defend against it.

HJ-11 could simply be slowly making its way into service, likely as a more cost-effective alternative to the HJ-12 and HJ-16. Some more photos of the launch tube and missile are below.

Units with HJ-73 are now getting HJ-12s, and units with HJ-8 are going to get HJ-16s, HJ-11 is simply ditched, they don’t even try to sell it in Zhuhai now, have you seen any non-IIR ATGMs(except legacy HJ-73/8/9 )from Chinese manufacturers recently?

No, 99B is over, it’s canceled, there won’t be new MBTs before 4th gen MBTs went into service
99B won't be a new tank. So you discount the possibility of incremental armor upgrade packages and even APS? HJ 73 variants still has role to play. They are dirt cheap and can be deployed against soft target and hardened structures.
