Agreed, and I think this whole conflict shows the stark difference between Russia and Chinese thinking.I'm not a pacifist. I'm just against sacrificing long term strategic goals and potentially jeopardizing the future of one's nation and civilization in what is essentially a geopolitical game of chicken.
Western weapons deliveries will be now considered valid targets for attack
Technicals have pretty much become the modern equivalent of Mongol horse archers.
More countries should start looking into them especially with how easy and cheap they are to manufacture.
Will they send some to China?
China might want to take a look at the systems to compare notes and test out its capabilities, but likely not to reverse-engineer it. Their own MIC has churned out no less than six families of similar man-portable "fire-and-forget" ATGMs:
1. HJ-12

2. TS-01

5. QN-502C

6. Sabre (SR/MR/ER/NLOS)

The HJ-12 is already in service while a new ATGM, rumored the HJ-16, is thought to be based on either the QN-502C or the Sabre-series. In summary, the PLA might benefit from looking at the capabilities of the Javelin or NLAW to gauge its own defenses against them, but certainly not to reverse engineer them.
That is a big warhead
I do not have the slightest doubt that Javelin and NLAW will penetrate most if not all modern western tank (includes Type-10 and K2). Its how the internal arrangement that decides the fate of the crew. I have fear that 99A will suffer from the same fate as T72/90 in Ukraine if measures are not taken. Either you come out of insensitive propellant, or install APS. Blow out panels are out of question on tanks with carousel loader. Change of doctrine/tactics may help, eg mopping the area with thermals equipped UAV/drones, or sending in unmanned combat vehicles like Uran-9. Some people have pointed out that the convoy ambush footage released earlier was a booby trap/ remote trap. That does complicate the situation.China might want to take a look at the systems to compare notes and test out its capabilities, but likely not to reverse-engineer it.
