Just to sum up.

You consider that infomration as "good" that coming from two or third party, throgught several unknown steps, the persons in the cain of data collection has interest on the Ukrainan side, the persons doing the pre processing has interest on the Ukrainan side, and the person presenting data has interest on the Ukrianan side.

At the same time no one in the chain interested in the objective data analysis, and we KNOW Ukraine and the NATO spending enormouse ammount of money for propaganda.

so, after all of this, if you still thing this data is OK then I have a bridge that looking for a new owner.

Many other news sites have similar articles with some differences, But some still insists it got nothing to do with Ukraine but the timing says otherwise.
