Yeah, if the claim of Ukr troops using Russian markings is true, that constitutes Perfidy and it is a war crime.

When Otto Skorzeny (a Waffen-SS commando leader) was on trial for war crimes, Forest Frederick Edward Yeo-Thomas,
a RAF officer and SOE agent (known as 'the White Rabbit'), testified that he and his men sometimes had been wearing
German uniforms when they killed German soldiers. He was highly decorated for his actions.

"Skorzeny admitted to ordering his men to wear US uniforms, but his defence argued that as long as enemy uniforms

agent, testified in defence of Skorzeny
and his operatives wearing US uniforms behind enemy lines, claiming that the Western Allies had actively contemplated
carrying out exactly the same kind of "false flag" operations; the Tribunal subsequently acquitted the ten defendants.
The Tribunal drew a distinction between using enemy uniforms during combat and for other purposes including deception
and were unable to prove that Skorzeny had given any orders to actually fight in U.S. uniforms."

Ukrainian soldiers haven't been as far as I can see.

Most of the executions of the "Russians" seem to be by irregular forces, basically the neo-nazis. Ukrainian soldiers have been posting videos beating up POW and other violations of the GC, but things haven't devolved to the point where they're being outright shot on sight.

Also for the millionth time, there's absolutely no evidence Russians are mass infiltrating Ukrainian cities to set up checkpoints and tag buildings for targeting.

At best it's wartime paranoia caused by a loss in authority & central command, at worse it's a cover for an ethnic/political pogrom.
Many popular history books liked to claim that Germany's successful invasion of France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
in 1940 was largely due to thousands of fanatical pro-Nazi sympathizers, acting ruthlessly as spies or saboteurs.

I know of no evidence that this kind of espionage or sabotage took place in more than, at most, a few isolated cases.
But there's some evidence (which tends to be covered up) of most likely innocent people (such as ethnic Germans)
being summarily executed or lynched by paranoid authorities or people inflamed by 'spy mania' propaganda.

No - if they did that it would only sow discontent towards Chinese amongst Russians. How Russians view Chinese is not much different from how the Europeans view Chinese.

Russia is not China's ally or friend. The two countries are just currently in a partnership of convenience due to common interests and perceived threats, mainly hegemonic Western imperialism. Russia would betray China the instant it would be in her advantage to do so. Don't forget, Russia has supplied advanced military equipment to just about every unfriendly neighbor that China has apart from Taiwan... even South Korea!

China must view Russia as a carefully managed partner rather than a strategic ally. Otherwise, China will only end up burnt in the end. Doubtlessly, in Putins mind, the USSR has suffered a betrayal from China in the Cold War and he would not hesitate to return the favor as long as it benefits him to do so.
Off topic but it does seem to me that most Russians are quite Pro-Chinese Relative to other Europeans. Serbs seem very friendly to China from both political and public viewpoints

You have to remember that putin is a very vengeful person, what the us and nato did to russia is far worse to what China did during cold war

Now america and nato is actively sending ATGMs manpads, providing ew and awacs support to ukraine, hell if you believe rt news america is even waging biological war on russia

You can bet that if China and america clash over taiwan, putin will return the favor to america
Putin will do exactly what america and nato did to russia

The only cases that I know of where there was substantial infiltration by Germany in WW2 was the invasions of Norway and the annexation of Austria.
