Anyway, I think it conveys quite clearly the ridiculousness of the situation when you see these 20-somethings in trendy get-ups sporting AKs and knee pads from a mountain bike store, being told by a Ukrainian army man: "The Russians are over there. Go take up a position."

It'd so comical if it weren't so tragic at the same time.

As seen compared to Lubin or Marculesti. Uzhorod appears to be handicapping the range.

And, as former USMC infantry, I’m very-well aware of the non-functionality of much of the military fashion that’s issued to troops as “combat gear”. Interestingly, the function of “yoga pad” at which you initially scoffed, was recognized, immediately, by myself and others; it’s almost exactly like the one the USMC issues! They do need some camouflage, sufficient ammo, and an understanding of what their function is.

I’ll say one thing, if the behavior in this thread is any indicator of general Chinese characteristics, then China will, easily, be baited into useless and pointless battles and wars in the future by anyone that wants to start a petty exchange!

If the internet was a reflection of the real world, we'd have a nuclear war every week!

Has Russia said anything about their response if Ukrainian air force stage in foreign airbase? It would be a major escalation?

This is why they shouldn't half ass this war, now everyone thinks they're paper tiger....

And how are they going to deliver them?. They can't fly them to Ukraine. It will be an act of war. Assembly then on site?. Good luck with that.
