The West should set up a new Nuremberg tribunal so Vladimir Putin can be tried for his crimes against Ukraine,

.

The former prime minister called on countries to support the creation of a special tribunal, modelled on the response to Nazi war crimes after the Second World War.

He joined Dmytro Kuleba, the Ukrainian foreign minister, at an event by the Chatham House think-tank to unveil the plan, which was formed by senior legal experts.

The move would echo that of nations that met in London to draft a resolution on the actions of Hitler’s Germany, and which led to the creation of the International Military Tribunals and the Nuremberg trials.

These people are literally insane. Somebody please put an end to this insanity. Invade countries left and right, escape justice but blame another country for reacting to their crimes. These people need to face justice and a very serious lesson in how responsible nations act on the world stage.

The Arabs copied the Soviet's doctrine, not learned it. The Russians focus a lot on manuevering and adapting to situations, but the Arabs just stuck to their roles. The enemy could be flanking them, but the Arabs would never reorient themselves to meet the threat. Plus, the Arabs were never able to fully utilize their equipment. The Arabs' performance is much worse than the current Russian one.
No argument, there. However, the Russian performance, particularly, with the air losses their suffering, suggest that they still need to learn some of the EW lessons of the Arab-Israeli wars!

That makes it sound like all wars are equal, which it very clearly is not. Wars can be conducted with different degrees of humanitarianism in mind.
That shows a major misunderstanding of what I wrote.

I don't expect this war between Russia and Ukraine to be like the War of the Triple Alliance (1864-1870), wherein
Paraguay fought (against Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay) until its adult male population became almost extinct.
(The next generation of Paraguayans was mostly sired by occupying soldiers.) At this time, I don't expect a
victorious Russia to impose a quite Carthaginian peace upon Ukraine.

Many flag-waving nationalists (particularly Americans, Britons, or Israelis in Western media) like to boast about how
'civilized and humane' their forces supposedly always are in conducting war. These boasts practically always involve
ample denials, distortions, or simply lying about historical facts. The victims' voices are often silenced.

My point is that a supposed "Krieg ohne Hass" is much more likely grounded in propaganda than reality.

I have not seen Oryx criticizing Turkish military tactics nor military losses even though there were plenty. He just skips them completely. Meanwhile this guy made continuous jokes about Syrian/Russian military since 2015, when I started following him.

EDIT: Armenian loss as well. Honestly he is really off-putting and biased. I only follow him for information.
To be honest I do not fully trust his tally since I have seen more video evidence of knocked down Ukrainian Su-25 in one single airbase than he had on his entire list. I am not saying he is counting false positives but he certainly seems to be not counting some takedowns. I stopped going to his list after that.

Some believe that there is a blind hatred for the Russian on the liberal side because they held the belief that Trump won and Hillary lost because of Russian interference. This *may* be the reason for the extreme measure from the us government and from the media/tech companies etc. Driven by hatred is a good way to make some bad mistakes.
This might be off topic but I want to put my two cents. People who think Trump won because of Russian interference are no different from those believe Biden cheated the election are the same, they're both sore losers.

I've been saying this for a few days now. There's also been American A400s. I imagine Ukraine are able to deploy a much larger number of TB-2s than they are supposed to have, and Russia are keeping quiet about this (at least publically).

Compared to the Azeri conflict, how successful have they been? There hasn't been much footage of drone strikes, and none for the first 3-4 days.
They’ve been highly effective given only 1-2 Ukrainian drones have been lost; when compared to the some twenty to thirty armored vehicles and tanks that Russia has lost to TB-2 attacks; however their most important contribution on the battlefield thus far has been the destruction of a Russian supply train, destroying some 50+ oil and fuel cars and hindering any further rail movement in the region.

TB-2 has also been shown to have been used for effective counter battery fire in Kharkov.

Has definitely been effective, we’ll have to wait until after the war to know to what extent.
