Pure BS. The US has used concrete-filled munitions and developed the "switch-blade" variant of Hellfire specifically to AVOID collateral damage.
US "has used concrete-filled munitions and developed the "switch-blade" variant of Hellfire specifically to AVOID collateral damage."-- Where?

Can the same be said of Russia?
Can be said what? Why Russia is not bombing sovereign countries to bring democracies? Or Why did they not turn Ukraine into Native America 2.0?

I think ONLY SWIFT transfer to Russian banks for Russian gas going to Europe is allowed and nothing else. As usual the rule of intl order only serves the western interest which is total bullshit. Many countries also have interest in purchasing commodities from Russia.

In any case as you indicated on your post, Are EURO transfer from Russian Bank to Chinese bank allowed ? Likely not.

Keep it simple and just use CIPS/SPFS.
I am talking about the Russian banks who are not in the sanction list, they should be free to transfer their Euro to Chinese banks.

CIPS/SPFS only works between Russia and China and only deals RMB or Rubel. Russia's oil export to EU is paid in Euro through SWIFT connected banks. By only using CIPS/SPFS, how is Russia going to take their Euro out of their bank accounts in Europe?

they could be using it already as much as they can. they seem to have a good idea of where the main Ukrainian forces are, I think the problem is small units and ambushes.
Maybe, but using CAS against units is far too risky. Better to use long-range recon teams to seek out and neutralize, or at least spot for artillery.

It is not about simplicity, it is necessity. CIPS/SPFS only works between Russia and China and only deals RMB and Rubel. Russia's oil export to EU is paid in Euro through SWIFT connected banks.
If the idea is to break EU and they’ve sanctioned Russia, why sell to them, at all. It’s a weak position!

Who is able to take over the EU share of Russian export? Don't say China, China can't.

No matter how many tough words were spoken, US is still trading with China, the volume is still growing. Nobody is strong facing daily reality.

Being "strong" is suicidal.

Well, all the Russian propaganda said that they were ready to suffer the economic consequences of the invasion. If that meant selling to the Sanction Regime at a discount, then maybe “winning” in Russian means suicide!

yeah, then US, EU and China are all committing suicide. ;) I don't see anybody being "strong" any way, so no need to single out Russia being"weak".
