The above photo it clearly shows there is a distinct kink in the wing leading edge just outboard of the engine that easily distinguish its planform from the E-2, whose wing leading edge is totally straight.

This is also visible in some other photos, but not as clearly. However fan CG renderings seems to have all missed this trait.

This is the 3rd New KJ-600

In fact, this is the second prototype, which is standing since some time at the CFTE part of the Xi‘an-Yanliang facility … the two additional prototypes no. 03 & 04 are located further to the left at the XAC facilities and manufacturing complex.

You mean a different leading edge angle left and right to the engines or do you see a kink only outboard of the engines?
