No, IMO never 50-60 since this would be known as three fully equipped regiments. IMO there are eventually around 40 today divided thru two regiments - one each in the 4th TD with 16 ac confirmed (eventually 18 likely) and the 13th TD with 15 confirmed so far - and most likely a third regiment again within the 13th TD currently under conversion.

As such we have 31 confirmed individual Y-20As.

Look like a long exposure photo making nice effects ! We see long exposure glitch with the plane on the top left making line of lights and also something that moved on the bed of the truck.. maybe a crane ?
