The HD-1 supersonic cruise missile. Due to its small size and weight, HD-1 can be launched from small surface ships and light fighters such as the JF-17. The HD-1 is capable of sea skimming at 5-10 meters, which coupled with its high speed, makes it difficult to intercept by ship-based air defense systems. Moreover, the missile has good air defense suppression capabilities, since it can be launched well outside enemy air defense zones. When launched at high altitudes, the HD-1 can cover a distance of more than 300km.

The HD-1 suggests a dual ground and sea attack role?

The video says eight because you got a truck with eight missiles.

Four trucks can engage 32 targets simultaneously, assuming one radar working for all four.
I don't know, the video you linked seems quite clear on the issue. This is the line as it is written on screen in the video:
"Guidance radar vehicle. Fitted with a rotary phased radar able to target eight targets simultaneously."

Now, this article from china daily does say 32

but it wouldn't be the first time someone made such an error. I remember S-400 was for years erroneously credited with 4 times as great targeting ability, because some authors mixed up a battery level capability and a division level one.

Maybe there will be extra info clarifying the issue this Zhuhai's show.

If H stands for Sea(海) and D stands for Land(地), then yes. But I don't know the abbreviations are the case.
I think Tam meant the picture in the middle suggesting. I guess HD just just a product name like YJ and DF. For "H" and "D" to mean Sea and Land, they would be a prefix or suffix in an internal ABC123 type of product designation.

KD-88 says hi. Though I agree as an export model HD is more likely a project name like FM or CH.
