Should had started in 2010 or earlier. Thats when there were warning signs.
Anyway, beter late than never
They import people from countries with higher birth rates. The birth rates of Euro-Americans (the current majority) is also very dire. I wonder how this will develop the plummeting of birth rates among more and more peoples worldwide. We are on the cusp of population declines in great swaths of the world this century. This will have enormous consequences.

There were warning signs as early as the early 2000s. Political inertia. See my post above from february: they were still fining people with more than two children in february of this year. A country with ultra-low birth rate and there were still over-eager bureacrats this year giving fines to the handful of people who want more than two children.

How does it matter? Even if you are a white supremacist, the "white" number is easily changeable if you classify multiracial people as "white" or simply use "Hispanic white" instead of "Nonhispanic white". Racial tensions are small in the United States when it comes to Hispanics and 2nd gen Hispanics do just as well on incomes as compared to their white counterparts. There is substantial benefit
If you think that non-white immigration is going to be socially unstable, I ask you to point me to the destabilizing racial tension in California, New York, Texas, Illinois, or Florida. Just one. Instead, in all those states, even the poorest minorities have higher per capita incomes than Pudong.
