Recently there is a promising-looking report for Intel by Digitimes that Intel's transistor density is higher than TSMC and Samsung.

Happy decoupling
Many of these companies solely take decisions based on costs & not taking into account the competency of the state. Vietnam gave them cheap labour and decent logistics but not the basics of a healthy and safe environment.
Good lesson for prospective companies looking to save few bucks and not seeing the bigger picture..

It won't ..... it would just weaken and less dominant
Yeah this there is still so much dollar debt in the world there will be a base need for dollar for decades to come. But there are also central banks starting to dump their dollar position for a bit, it might be cheaper and simpler to own the CNY when trading with China. It will at least simplify some of the process.

I don't know enough about international debt but could China become lender of dollars for ASEAN nations. So lend ASEAN nations cheap dollars so they can pay off their dollar based debts and make them repay their dollar debt to china in E-CNY. Seems like a good way to spread the use of e-cny in Asia.

Regarding the inflation in the US which is anything but 'transitory', can it be safely assumed now that China is no longer pegging its currency to the USD otherwise it would be importing that inflation?
