It is not referring to LOX/RP-1 engines because they are not "conventional" in the context of Chinese rocket engine development

It is only a 56s video so the details are not covered, but I assume there should be satellite-augmented ballistic adjustment star alighment during the flight.

The length is too short. The Yars has a length of 22.5 metres and it's dimensionally similar to the DF-41 (both are carried by an 8 axle TEL with the missile head protruding past the cabin). The CZ-11 is the rocket closest in dimensions to the DF-41 (and both are made by the same manufacturer, so it would be very unusual if they didn't share common parts) and its length is 20.8 metres.
